As everyone had seen, each person should go across a hole in mind air with not only length but width inadequate 0.5 meter. Obviously one all by himself couldn’t achieve the task, It required the whole team to reach the target. Everyone gave advice, exerted his might, divided the work and cooperated together. They encouraged each other and never gave up. There was a great cheer when the last member successfully went through the hole.

   After volunteering their services and voting, team engendered a man leader and a girl leader. They together leaded the whole team to accomplish the task. Well if the whole team didn’t reach the goal, leaders would be charged with all responsibilities, that’s to accept severe punishment. For the first turn, everyone was absence of mind, therefore the goal was not reached, two leaders accepted their punishment. It’s harder for the second turn. Everyone still didn’t find the right method, much more self-distrust, the challenge fell again, leaders accepted more severe punishment. The difficulty for the third turn was added. Still, leaguer didn’t find the right ways, everyone scolded each other, but unconvinced of we were a person. The challenge fell for the third time. The punishment for the two leaders was more severe. Facing his leaders’ embarrassment everyone was shocked, fell ashamed, piped his eye, corrected his attitude. They held together, thinking we were a person, an individual. Everyone put all his heart in the game, at last the task was accomplished and the achievement was belong to everyone.
